As a real estate professional and entrepreneur who operates his own business, Sonit provides his clients full real estate services in buying and selling of properties. Whether it is identifying a property, marketing a property for sale, negotiating the best terms or overcoming objections to keep a transaction together, Sonit is there with his clients from start to finish. His finance and construction background along with his personable nature allows him to provide exceptional service that has been recognized at a local and national level. A consistent multi-million dollar producer in real estate sales, Sonit has been named Salesperson of the month multiple times in his real estate office and has been awarded Platinum and Hall of Fame awards by RE/MAX International for his sales production.

Born and raised in Boston, MA, Sonit graduated from Tulane University in New Orleans with a major in finance. Prior to becoming a real estate professional, he worked in real estate development and construction. In that role, he was instrumental in helping his company to: investigate and acquire development sites, permit construction projects with local town officials, obtain bank financing to fund projects and manage the site development and construction. During that period, the company constructed multiple single family home sub divisions, commercial office space and several 8,000 square feet plus educational facilities under tight deadlines for a national franchise operator.

Sonit currently lives in the Riverstone community with his wife and two young daughters. He looks forward to assisting you with your real estate needs.
